DESCRIPTION:
Neurogenic MR is a rational combination of potent analgesic, anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxant agents. Chlorzoxazone relieves muscle spasms, Diclofenac controls inflammation and Paracetamol helps in immediate pain relief and lowering body temperature.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:
Chlorzoxazone acts primarily at the level of the spinal cord and subcortical areas of the brain where it inhibits multisynaptic reflex arcs involved in producing and maintaining skeletal muscle spasms of varied aetiology. Diclofenac Sodium inhibits prostaglandin synthesis by interfering with the action of prostaglandin synthetase. Paracetamol is a valuable central analgesic but a weak peripheral anti-inflammatory agent and exhibits antipyretic action.

INDICATIONS:
Effective in the treatment of painful skeletal muscle spasms, fibrositis, trauma involving muscle ligaments and tendons.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Patients with asthma, urticaria or acute rhinitis as the attacks precipitate with the use of NSAIDs.

SIDE EFFECTS:
Dizziness, lightheadedness, malaise, nausea, vomiting, and liver dysfunction.

DOSAGE:
As prescribed by the physician.

STORAGE:
Store in a cool, dry and dark place.

CAUTION:
Overdosage of Paracetamol can cause kidney or liver damage.
