Ofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used for treating certain kinds of bacterial infections. Metronidazole is a nitroimidazole antibiotic medication used particularly for anaerobic bacteria and protozoa. Metronidazole is an antibiotic, amebicide, and antiprotozoal.

Each 5 ml contains:
- Ofloxacin I.P. 50 mg
- Metronidazole (as Benzoate) I.P. 100 mg
Indications
GI infections include traveler’s diarrhea, shigellosis, inflammatory bowel syndrome, and UTIs.
Storage
Keep in a cool, dry, and dark place. Shake well before use.
Precautions
Not recommended for children under one year of age. Must be used with caution in patients with known or suspected central nervous system (CNS) disorders.
