Each film coated tablet contains:
Bilastine IP 20 mg
Montelukast sodium eq. to Montelukast IP 10 mg
Excipients   q.s.

Mechanism of Action: Bilastine is a non-sedating, long-acting histamine antagonist with selective peripheral H1 receptor antagonist affinity and no affinity for muscarinic receptors. Montelukast is an orally active compound that binds with high affinity and selectivity to the CysLT1 receptor. CysLT (cysteinyl leukotriene: LTC4, LTD4, LTE4) receptors have been correlated with the pathophysiology of asthma and allergic rhinitis Indications: Torque’s Montor BL Tablets are indicated for the treatment of allergic rhinitis (Perennial and Seasonal). Dosage: As directed by the physician.
