Calcium : Tricalcium phosphate is a calcium salt of phosphoric acid with the chemical formula Ca3(PO4)2. Calcium phosphate is used as a nutritional supplement though the most common and economical forms for supplementation are calcium carbonate (which should be taken with food) and calcium citrate (which can be taken without food).

Iodised Peptone is prepared by enzymatic hydrolysate dipeptide and tripeptide. It contains 22mcg of Iodine in 332mg of Peptone. Iodine increases the storage of the thyroid hormone thyroxine, helping to prevent its release. Peptones are derived from animal milk or meat digested by proteolytic digestion and are used in nutrient media for growing bacteria and fungi. Cyanocobalamin is used for treating and preventing vitamin B12 deficiency, a condition in which vitamin B12 levels in the blood are too low. Nicotinamide is used for high cholesterol. It is also used along with other treatments for circulation problems, migraine headaches, dizziness, and to reduce the diarrhoea associated with cholera.

Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine that relieves congestion and post-nasal drips. Ammonium Chloride is the expectorant that thins mucus. Terpene Hydrate is an expectorant that helps to thin and loosen mucus in the lungs, making it easier to cough up the mucus. Sodium Citrate is a mucolytic, an agent which breaks down mucus so that coughing up phlegm is easier. Menthol gives a sensation of coolness.
