KOFNIL –SF SYRUP is anti-tussivemedication primarily used to treat dry cough, stuffy nose, sinus, and ear symptoms caused by the common cold and flu.

Lactulose 10 g/15 ml oral solution contain a laxative called lactulose. It makes the stool softer and easier to pass, by drawing water into the bowel. It is not absorbed into your body.

Montor-LC syrup is a combination of Montelukast Sodium and Levocetirizine. Montelukast Sodium is a selective and orally active leukotriene receptor antagonist that inhibits the cysteine leukotriene (CysLT1), receptor. Levocetirizine is a third-generation non-sedative antihistamine, developed from the second-generation antihistamine Cetirizine. Chemically, Levocetirizine is the active enantiomer of Cetirizine.

Dextromethorphan suppresses cough by central action on cough center in medulla. Guaiphenesin helps to thin and loosen mucus in the lungs, making it easier to cough up the mucus. Ammonium Chloride is the expectorant which thins mucus. Chlorpheniramine competitively antagonizes histamine at H1 receptor sites.
