Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is the glycolic acid ester of diclofenac. Paracetamol is a para-aminophenol derivative, that produces antipyresis by acting on the hypothalamic heat-regulating centre and analgesia by elevating the pain threshold.

Azetor contains Azithromycin which is an azalide, a subclass of macrolide antibiotics. It is derived from Erythro mycin, with a methyl-substituted nitrogen atom incorporated into the lactone ring, thus making the lactone ring 15-membered.
