Each uncoated bilayered tablet contains:

• Telmisartan I.P. 40 mg
• Amlodipine Besilate Eq. to Amlodipine I.P. 5 mg
• Excipients q.s.

Indicated for the treatment of hypertension to lower blood pressure and thereby reduce the risk of cardiovascular events such as stroke and myocardial infarction.

Store protected from light & moisture at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.

Avoid use in patients with hypersensitivity to any ingredient, during pregnancy or lactation, and in patients with severe hepatic or renal impairment. Avoid dual blockade of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system unless specifically advised by a physician. Inform the physician about concurrent medicines, particularly lithium, digoxin, ramipril, aliskiren, simvastatin, hydrochlorothiazide, warfarin, and ibuprofen.
