Sildenafil Citrate (eq. to Sildenafil) I.P. 50mg
Dapoxetine HCl (eq. to Dapoxetine) I.P. 30mg

Mechanism of Action: Sildenafil works by inhibiting phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), an enzyme that regulates blood flow in the penis. By blocking PDE5, sildenafil increases levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), leading to relaxation of smooth muscle cells in the penile blood vessels. This results in improved blood flow to the penis, facilitating and sustaining an erection. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that primarily targets serotonin reuptake in the central nervous system. It is used to treat premature ejaculation by increasing serotonin levels in the brain. By delaying the reuptake of serotonin, dapoxetine prolongs the time it takes to reach ejaculation, helping to improve control over ejaculation and enhance sexual satisfaction.

Contraindications: Torque's Powerplay SD tablet is contraindicated in certain circumstances due to the potential risks and interactions. Contraindications may include – Hypersensitivity or allergy to sildenafil & dapoxetine, Cardiovascular diseases, recent heart attack, or stroke, Renal impairment, Liver impairment, History of seizures, Mania or severe depression and Pulmonary veno-occlusive disease (PVOD).
Drug Interactions: Torque's Powerplay SD tablet should not be taken with the following medicines – Nitrates, Alpha blockers, Antihypertensive medicines, CYP3A4 Inhibitors, CYP3A4 Inducers, Serotonin modulators and Anticoagulants.
