DESCRIPTION: Torque's Powerplay T20 tablet is an effective tablet for the management of erectile dysfunction. It contains tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor that enhances blood flow to the penile tissue, helping achieve and maintain a firm erection during sexual activity.

COMPOSITION: Each film-coated tablet contains: Tadalafil IP 20 mg, Excipients q.s.
MECHANISM OF ACTION: Tadalafil is a selective phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. Its mode of action involves increasing the levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in specific tissues, leading to smooth muscle relaxation and enhanced blood flow. During sexual stimulation, nitric oxide (NO) is released in the penis, which triggers the production of cGMP. Tadalafil enhances this natural response by allowing cGMP to accumulate, leading to vasodilation of the penile arteries and relaxation of the corpus cavernosum, which facilitates an erection.
INDICATION: Torque's Powerplay T20 tablet is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) and erectile dysfunction with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
DOSAGE: As directed by the Physician.
SIDE EFFECTS: Headache, back pain, muscle aches, pain in arms and legs, facial flushing, nasal congestion and indigestion.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Torque's Powerplay T20 tablet is contraindicated in the following conditions: Allergic to tadalafil or any of the other ingredients of this medicine, taking any form of organic nitrate or nitric oxide donors, have serious heart disease or have recently had a heart attack within the last 90 days, recently had a stroke within the last 6 months, have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure, ever had loss of vision because of Non-Arteritic Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy (stroke of the eye).
WARNINGS & PRECAUTIONS: Before taking Torque's Poweplay T20 tablets, tell your doctor if you have: sickle cell anaemia (an abnormality of red blood cells), multiple myeloma (cancer of the bone marrow), leukaemia (cancer of the blood cells), any deformation of your penis, a serious liver problem, a severe kidney problem and if you experience sudden decrease or loss of vision or your vision is distorted/ dimmed while you are taking tadalafil, stop taking this medicine and contact your doctor immediately.
