MECHANISM OF ACTION: Ambroxol facilitates mucociliary clearance by intensifying the motion of the cilia present on the ciliated respiratory epithelium. Cetirizine competes with histamine for binding at H1-receptor sites on the effector cell surface, resulting in suppression of histaminic edema, flare, and pruritus. It crosses the blood-brain barrier only slightly, reducing the sedative side-effect common with older antihistamines. INDICATIONS: Seasonal/allergic rhinitis, nasal discomfort, body ache, stubborn cough. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product. WARNING: Do not exceed recommended dosage. DOSAGE: As directed by the physician. STORAGE: Store in a cool & dry place. Protect from light. PRESENTATION: 20×10 tablets in a cardboard carton
