Part I: Each vial contains:

• Pantoprazole Sodium I.P. 40 mg
• Equivalent to Pantoprazole

Part II:

• Sodium Chloride I.P. 10 ml

Indicated for the treatment of moderate and severe reflux esophagitis.

Store in a cool place. Protect from direct sunlight.

The vial should be reconstituted with 10 ml of Sodium Chloride Injection BP 0.9% w/v before administration. The reconstituted solution should be administered intravenously over 2 to 15 minutes, either as a slow injection or diluted further for short-term infusion. Use the prepared solution within 12 hours of reconstitution.

One 10 ml vial with 10 ml Sodium Chloride ampoule.
