Description: Ticeph-250 Dispersible Tablet is an antibiotic used to treat various types of bacterial infections of the Respiratory tract infections, Otitis media, Skin and soft tissue infections, Bone infections, and genitourinary tract infections.

Route of Administration: Oral
Composition: Each uncoated dispersible tablet contains:
Cephalexin Eq. to Anhydrous Cephalexin I.P. 250mg
Mechanism of Action: Cephalexin works by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell walls through binding to penicillin-binding proteins, leading to cell wall disruption, cell lysis, and bacterial death.
Indications: Ticeph-250 Tablet is primarily used for the treatment of respiratory, skin tissue infection, ear infections and genitourinary infections.
Dosage: As prescribed by the physician.
Side effects: Nausea, Diarrhea, Abdominal Pain and Indigestion.
Contraindications: Ticeph-250 Dispersible Tablet is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to cephalosporin or cephalexin, or any other kidney or hepatic disease.
Drug Interactions: Ticeph-250 Dispersible Tablet should not be taken with the following medicines due to severe side effects – Diuretics, Oral Contraceptives etc.
