Description: Torex Rhinoryl-P Nasal Drop is used for temporary relief of congestion in the nose caused by various conditions including the common cold, sinusitis, hay fever, and allergies. It works by narrowing the blood vessels in the nose area, reducing swelling and congestion.

Composition:
Xylometazoline Hydrochloride I.P. 0.05% w/v
Preservative:
Benzalkonium Chloride Solution (aqueous isotonic solution) I.P. 0.02% v/v
Water for injection I.P. q.s.
Mechanism of Action: Xylometazoline hydrochloride is directly act on alpha-adrenergic receptors in arterioles of the nasal mucosa to produce vasoconstriction, resulting in decreased blood flow. Onset of action occurs within 5-10 minutes for a duration of action of 5-6 hours. Well absorbed through nasal mucosa. Benzalkonium chloride works as a preservative.
Indications: Torex Rhinoryl-P Nasal Drop is used to reduce symptoms of nasal congestion, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.
Dosage: As advised by the physician.
Storage: Store below 30°C.
