Torque'S Orthomac Spray

Orthomac gel contains Diclofenac diethylamine, which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with analgesic and antipyretic properties. Linseed oil is rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). ALA belongs to a group of substances called omega-3 fatty acids, which help to reduce inflammation. Methyl Salicylate acts as a counter-rubefacient by stimulating the superficial afferent nerves from the same spinal segments that supply the painful muscles. Menthol has some local anaesthetic and counterirritant qualities and also acts as a weak kappa opioid receptor agonist, making it an analgesic as well.
