Description: Torque’s Torcort H 100 Injection contains Hydrocortisone Sodium Succinate which is an anti-inflammatory adrenocortical steroid. It works on the immune system to help relieve swelling, redness, itching, and allergic reactions. Hydrocortisone Sodium Succinate eq. to Hydrocortisone USP 100 mg

Mechanism of Action: Hydrocortisone has anti-inflammatory activity resulting from binding with a steroid receptor. It has a membrane sealing effect and inhibits accumulation of neutrophils and macrophages in the region of inflammation. It also reduces the migration of leukocytes and mastocytes into the tissue thus shows anti-proliferative, anti-oedematous effect. Indications: Torque’s Torcort H100 Injection is indicated for severe allergic, dermatologic, endocrine, gastrointestinal, hematologic, neoplastic, nervous system, ophthalmic, renal, respiratory, rheumatic disorders unresponsive to conventional treatments, localized inflammatory or hypertrophic lesions (e.g., alopecia areata, keloids, psoriatic plaques, ganglia). acute and chronic joint or soft tissue inflammatory conditions (e.g., arthritis, bursitis, tenosynovitis). Dosage: As directed by the physician. Storage: Store protected from moisture, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
