U-B Fair Cream combines hydroquinone, tretinoin, and fluocinolone to treat melasma, hyperpigmentation, and acne with inflammatory skin conditions.

Each gm contains:
- Hydroquinone U.S.P. 20 mg
- Tretinoin B.P. 0.25 mg
- Fluocinolone Acetonide I.P. 0.1 mg
- Cream base q.s.
Indications
Indicated for the treatment of melasma, hyperpigmentation, acne, and inflammatory skin conditions.
Storage
Store below 30°C. Do not freeze. Keep in a cool, dark place.
Precautions
Apply only as directed. Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Avoid excessive sun exposure and use sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher during treatment. Discontinue use if severe irritation or allergic reactions occur. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and broken skin. Prolonged use may cause skin thinning. Use in children only under medical supervision.
